What is your return policy?

For hygienic purposes, no swimwear items can be returned or exchanged. If you received a product that is damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service immediately within 7 days of delivery. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund or reshipment, the original item(s) must be returned within 15 days for inspection. 

We have a 30 day exchange policy on all activewear only.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently no, but we hope to offer them in the near future! 

What are the payment options?

NATS COLLECTIONS accepts Visa-Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments.
